These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of our accommodations and services at Riad Chambres d’Amis. By making a reservation and staying with us, you agree to abide by these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Reservation and Payment:
Reservations can be made online or by contacting us directly.
We require 50% of the total booking cost as a deposit.
Cancellations made 28 Days before the check-in date will receive a full deposit refund.
2. Check-In and Check-Out:
Check-in time is 2:00 PM, and check-out time is 12:00 PM.
Late check-ins or early check-outs can be accommodated upon request.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy:
- More than 21 Days: If you need to cancel more than 21 days before your check-in, we’ve got your back. You’ll get a full 100% refund of your deposit.
- 21 Days: If it’s 21 days or less before your check-in, we’ll have to keep 25% of the deposit, but you’ll still get 75% back.
- 15 Days: Canceling 15 days before? No worries, you’ll get 50% of your deposit back.
- 7 Days: If it’s just a week before your booking, we’ll need to keep the whole deposit.
- No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.
But here’s the cool part – for those kept amounts, you can use them on your next booking within the next 18 months.

4. Guest Behavior:
Please respect the peace and privacy of other guests.
Smoking and the presence of pets are not allowed.
Parties and excessive noise are not permitted after 10:00 PM.
5. Liability and Damages:
Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay.
Please report any damages immediately, and we will assess repair or replacement costs.
6. Privacy and Data Protection:
We collect and store guest data as required by law. We do not share this information with third parties.
7. Amenities and Services:
Your stay includes breakfast.
Additional services may be available for an extra charge.
8. Indemnity Clause:
Guests agree not to hold Riad Chambres d’Amis responsible for unforeseen circumstances or accidents during their stay.
9. Force Majeure:
We are not liable for situations beyond our control, such as natural disasters or government actions.
10. Dispute Resolution:
Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration, mediation, or litigation as required by law.
11. Terms Updates:
We reserve the right to update these terms, and guests will be informed of any changes.
